All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 24 hrs of the invoice date with india no exchange with overseas deliveries. A processing fee of ₹300 per product applies to exchanges. After making the payment, email us a screenshot of the transaction. Upon payment confirmation, our customer support team will arrange a reverse pickup through trusted courier services. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the new size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. Size exchanges are processed only once per order; multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and refund you within 24 hours.
