      2. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
      3. You may need to return the product to our designated address.
  4. Shipping Costs
    • Return shipping costs is the  responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
  5. Processing Time
    • Once we receive the product, your exchange will be processed within 7 working days.No Refund Policy
      • All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. However, exchanges are available if your order meets the eligibility criteria below.
